OutMatch announced today it acquired FurstPerson Inc., a Rockford, Illinois-based provider of pre-hire assessments for contact centers that include aptitude tests, job simulators and personality tests. FurstPerson’s clients include staffing firms.
“Joining forces with OutMatch will allow us to bring even more capabilities to our customers and provide OutMatch customers with assessment products like our interactive simulations,” FurstPerson CEO Jeff Furst wrote in a blog post.
Furst founded the company 23 years ago. Its contact center hiring system is used in more than 600 locations, according to the company.
OutMatch is a pre-employment assessment provider based in Dallas. The company said FurstPerson’s tools will complement its video interview offerings.
