Tiller’s former roles include chief operating officer of Kivu Consulting, VP of security services and operations at Optiv, and director of security consulting services for the Americas at Hewlett-Packard. He has also worked at British Telecom, where he was VP of global security consulting and VP of security services for the US and Canada.
IT staffing firm eTeam appointed Avi Khilnani as chief operations officer. Khilnani has decades of experience and has held executive positions at Randstad and Adecco as well as Fastaff/US Nursing, Kforce and The Intersect Group.
Staffing provider Belcan LLC announced Kim Harrington as senior VP of digital solutions. Harrington brings nearly 20 years of experience leading technology initiatives in software and digital product development, including 12 years in the aviation industry. Prior to Belcan, she was VP and head of digital engineering for Bayer AG.
CXC Global appointed Pepe Villarreal as Salesforce support administrator for North America. Villarreal is based in Canada and will be part of CXC’s digital transformation, working with the local and global teams in the Salesforce environment.

Diversified Search Group, an executive search firm, appointed Allen Chan, Lois Mufuka Martin and Alicia Salerno as managing directors. Chan brings 30 years of leadership experience to the firm. Mufuka Martin previously served as VP of search and consulting services at CalWest Educators Placement, a California-based search firm focused on equitable and inclusive hiring practices. She also spent two decades in nonprofit leadership roles. Salerno has experience leading searches for nonprofit organizations. She joined Koya Leadership Partners in 2016; that firm was subsequently acquired by Diversified Search.
