Candidate sourcing platform Hireez named Arthur Stein as CFO and Mike Poarch as chief revenue officer. Stein previously held leadership roles at several companies prior to joining Hireez, including Sauce Labs, GCA and JP Morgan. Poarch has more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise sales teams. His previous role was as senior VP of global sales at OneSource Virtual. Hireez rebranded this year from its previous name of Hiretual.
The National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations announced that Jarin Dana of Fusion Healthcare Staffing was elected president-elect and Liz Hale of MPLT Healthcare was elected VP of the organization. Nalto also announced that both Michelle Lathan of Floyd Lee Locums and James Heil of Austin Major Group were re-elected to its board for three years. In addition, Mark Stinnett of Medstaff was elected to the board for three years.
Advanced RPO, a Chicago-based provider of recruitment process outsourcing, named Jan Grohoske as senior director of digital strategy and implementation and Justin King as solution design director. Grohoske has more than 20 years of experience while King has been in the RPO industry for 10 years. Both Grohoske and King joined Advanced RPO in January.

IT services firm Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. (NASDAQ: CTSH) appointed Stephen Rohleder to its board as an independent director. Rohleder is chairman, CEO and president of GTY Technology Holdings Inc., a software-as-a-service firm. He is also principal owner of SGR Equity Investments, a private equity and venture capital firm. Rohleder is also former chief executive of Accenture plc.
Vaco, a Brentwood, Tennessee-based staffing firm, named Bret Hamilton as managing partner of its Denver office, which is focused on technology and finance/accounting staffing. Hamilton previously was senior managing partner of technology for the Lucas Group, a division of Korn Ferry. He also served as a senior search consultant in IT for Spencer Ogdon.
