ManpowerGroup Inc. (NYSE: MAN) appointed Rebecca Croucher as senior VP, North America marketing, effective immediately. Croucher will lead the company’s marketing organization for North America for all its brands — Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions and Jefferson Wells. Croucher first joined ManpowerGroup last year.

Roderick Smyth, founder of TempBuddy, joined with Janeesa Hollingshead, the former head of expansion at Uber Works, as well as staffing industry veteran Drew Golin to launch Shiftfillers. It’s an online staffing platform focused on light industrial staffing. Smith is president and CTO at Shiftfillers.

Medicus Healthcare Solutions announces three new vice presidents of sales — John Nerbonne, Dave Vigliotti and John Landers. Nerbonne was promoted to VP of sales, strategic accounts. He joined Medicus two years ago and has more than 10 years of sales experience. Vigliotti joined Medicus as the VP of specialty sales; he has been in the staffing industry for more than 28 years. Vigliotti has previously held vice president roles at firms such as Robert Half International Inc., Technology Search Partners and Sales Search Partners. Landers joined Medicus as VP of specialty sales. He most recently served as metro VP at Robert Half Technologies. All three will report to Grant Smith, chief development officer and founder of Medicus Healthcare Solutions.

DHI Group Inc. (NYSE: DHX), which operates jobs websites Dice, ClearanceJobs and eFinancialCareers, announced that Elizabeth Salomon is joining its board. Salomon is CFO at Xactly, a provider of incentive compensation solutions. She has more than 30 years of experience leading financial teams at public and privately held companies. Separately, Golnar “Goli” Sheikholeslami will step down from the board. Sheikholeslami is CEO and president of New York Public Radio. She steps down effective Dec. 31.

The New York Staffing Association re-appointed Joel Klarreich and Jason Klimpl, both partners at law firm Tannenbaum Helpern, to its leadership team. Klarreich and Klimpl will serve as senior general counsel and general counsel, respectively. Klarreich has worked with the association for more than 20 years and Klimpl has worked with the association for more than 13 years.
