Raines International announced Engy Lamour joined the executive search firm as senior VP of its asset management practice. As a member of Raines’ financial services executive search team, he will focus primarily on clients in the hedge fund, private equity, real estate investment and venture capital sectors. Lamour joins Raines from Korn Ferry, where he was a principal in its global asset and alternative investments practice; prior to that, he was an engagement manager in Heidrick & Struggles’ asset management practice.
ConnectRN, the provider of a staffing app for nurses, promoted Maddie Thoms to chief product officer to lead the company’s product, operations and marketing teams. She joined the company more than a year ago as senior director of operations and was promoted to head of product in October 2019.
JM Search, a retained executive search firm, announced partners Kevin Kernan and Tom Figueroa will co-lead its newly formed cybersecurity practice. Kernan, a former cybersecurity CEO, transitioned into retained executive search in 2010. Figueroa joined JM Search in 2003; a member of its management team, he has built a FinTech practice and helps set strategy for the firm’s overall business.
