Proman, a light industrial and construction staffing provider, acquired PeopleShare, a clerical and light industrial workforce solutions provider based in Pennsylvania.

Proman reported the transaction — which is its fourth acquisition since entering the US staffing market in 2018 — positions the company to reach its revenue goal of $480 million in 2023. In addition, it expands Proman’s geographical footprint in the mid-Atlantic region with the addition of Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
PeopleShare co-founder and CEO Ryan Clark, and co-founder and special advisor David Donald will both remain in their roles.
