Randstad North America appointed Floss Aggrey as its new chief diversity and inclusion officer effective Sept. 5.
Aggrey has more than 20 years of diversity and inclusion experience. She most recently served as senior VP of equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility at Randstad Sourceright.
“Floss has been a trusted partner to Randstad’s clients and our own employees for 15 years,” said Karen Fichuk, CEO, Randstad North America, and Randstad nv executive board member. “I am so proud to know Floss and believe she will excel in continuing to drive our long-term EDI&A strategy forward.”
Aggrey has been at Randstad for 15 years. In her new role, she will be based out of the company’s Atlanta headquarters.
Aggrey takes over the role from Audra Jenkins, who is transitioning to chief equity officer for Randstad nv effective Thursday. Randstad announced Jenkins’ new role back in June. Jenkins appears on this year’s list of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Influencers.
