The CEO of staffing firm Recruit Gigs LLC, Armando Avila, has acquired California staffing firms Crestaff LLC and Restoration Staffing Exchange, which does business as California Labor Force. Crestaff is based in Irvine; California Labor Force is based in Sacramento. The acquisitions closed in April, and both the acquired businesses will continue to operate out of their current locations.
Management will remains at both firms, and Avila has become CEO of the companies.
“In my experience, niche agencies know where to find qualified candidates particular to their customer’s needs, and the key to success in today’s market is keeping up with the insatiable demand from our clients,” Avila said. The addition of two new niche companies will help Recruit Gigs expand its reach and provide workforce management in the construction and environmental industries.
Both Crestaff and California Labor Force will keep their respective brands. Crestaff provides skilled and certified workers in hazardous and fire debris demolition, removal and disposal. It has a specialty in asbestos cleanup. California Labor Force provide licensed and certified workers in cleanup and restoration projects involving bacteria, water, fire and storm damage.
Terms of the transactions were not announced.
Recruit Gigs also noted it secured a $20 million credit line to support growth.
