Rudisin Named ASA Human Resources Officer

The American Staffing Association announced that Bob Rudisin has been named the organization’s chief human resources officer.

As an executive with a strong track record of success in human resources, Rudisin is an expert on all aspects of employee support, engagement, and development. Most recently, he served as the executive vice president for human resources for Amentum, overseeing the personnel needs of an organization with more than 27,000 employees operating in all 50 states and 28 foreign countries.

In his new role, Rudisin will oversee all human resource functions of the association, including talent acquisition, employee engagement and development, and benefits administration.

“Bob’s leadership and human resources expertise make him a perfect fit to support the evolving HR needs of our association.,” said Richard Wahlquist, president and chief executive officer of ASA. “The addition of Bob to the team will help our association deepen its talent pool and help further its mission of promoting the interests of the staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions industry.”

Rudisin earned his bachelor’s degree at Edinboro University and his master’s degree at the University of Akron.
