Staff Zone, a Roswell, Georgia-based industrial staffing provider, announced today it acquired the assets of industrial staffing firm Advanced Temporaries Inc., which has branches in Richmond and Norfolk, Virginia. Staff Zone plans to absorb the business from the two branches into its existing branches within the cities.
Staff Zone VP Costa DeLuca has had a long-standing relationship with Lee Winder, owner of Advanced Temporaries.
“Because of our business relationship, Lee wanted to give Staff Zone first shot at the acquisition,” DeLuca said. “His mix of business in both of these markets will complement Staff Zone well and we welcomed the opportunity. We were able to put together a winning strategy for both of our companies.”
While challenges from Covid-19 persist, the company said now is the perfect time to grow.
“These are the times to forge ahead; not regress,” added CEO Sherri Harris.
