A staffing firm that provided contact tracers to Rhode Island says the state owes $275,000 with invoices dating to last July, The Providence (Rhode Island) Journal newspaper reported. Sandy Leite, owner of Colony Personnel in Warwick, Rhode Island, said the problems began when the state put a new system in place to process invoices from its vendors.
