Kyyba Inc. today announced the acquisition of Schaumburg, Illinois-based staffing provider Asen. The deal will add more than 80 new employees to Kyyba.
“Asen has long-term stable clients in the healthcare and government sectors, with good revenue growth, and highly skilled employees,” Kyyba President and CEO Thiru Ganesan said.
Asen is the brand name used by LG Associates Inc. The company was founded in 1975 and has experience in IT; engineering; graphics/creative/marketing; and clinical/medical.
Kyyba was founded in 1998 and has approximately 800 employees worldwide with offices in the US, Canada, Mexico, India and Belarus. Services provided include staffing and IT project management.
“Asen’s proven track record of providing premier professional services complements Kyyba’s existing national and global offerings and supports Kyyba’s continued growth and client offerings,” Kyyba founder and Chairman Tel Ganesan said.
