Supreme Court to hear arguments over employer vaccine mandate on Friday (Politico)

The US Supreme Court will hear arguments Friday on President Biden’s mandate that employers with 100 or more employees either require their employees to be vaccinated against Covid-19 or undergo weekly testing, Politico reported. Separately, the Gothamist reported that Eric Adams, New York City’s new mayor, plans to keep that city’s vaccine mandate for private employers in place.
