Staffing provider System One announced today that it acquired Quadel, an Indianapolis-based provider of program management, consulting and training solutions to the affordable housing industry. Quadel will operate as a subsidiary of GAP Solutions Inc., a division of System One that provides services to the federal government.
System One aims to add services with the acquisition as well as expand GAP Solutions’ services into state and local governments.
“The expertise, reputation and stability of Quadel aligns with our strategic vision of providing mission-critical outsourced services to niche markets,” System One COO Greg Lignelli said.
Quadel was a portfolio company of private equity firm Bluestone Investment Partners.
No changes are planned to Quadel’s leadership team. The deal closed June 7, and terms of the transaction were not announced.
“Quadel expands our portfolio of services to better serve government customers and partners, which is fundamental to our long-term growth strategy,” GAP Solutions President Diane Pairel said.
System One, based in Pittsburgh, ranks among the largest US staffing firms.
