It’s time to radically reimagine HR in a new tech-enabled world as new tech is rapidly rendering old HR obsolete and ineffective.
HR simply cannot look at new tech in an incremental, naïve, self-centered manner. It has to consider how this tech will be used and abused by employees, jobseekers, contractors and more. HR must deploy its best strategic thinking re: new tech (and HR) if it hopes its transformational efforts will succeed and endure for the foreseeable future.
