Given everything else that the past year has turned upside down, it’s no surprise that HR technology also is changing rapidly, from acceleration to reinvention and innovation.
Workplace technology has taken off. Diversity, equity and inclusion tools have moved front and center. Recruiting, hiring and interviewing options are mushrooming. Digital employee experience and listening solutions are in the limelight. Mental health and wellbeing tools are critical. L&D has transformed.
And that’s just the beginning. For HR leaders looking to meet the needs of their post-COVID workforces, HRE and the HR Technology Conference & Exposition® are working again this year to highlight new and innovative solutions through the annual Top HR Products of the Year competition.

To be eligible, tools must have been developed within the last year and be generally available by September 2021. Submissions will be judged on the solutions’ innovation in the HR tech space, with particular attention to how the tools are breaking new ground.
Solution providers can submit their applications through the HR Tech Conference website, along with a non-refundable entry fee of $99. A panel of experts assembled by HRE and conference organizers will select 30-50 leading entries to provide live demonstrations for the judges; from there, they will narrow the submissions to up to 20 winners, which will be designated Top HR Products of the Year for 2021. The solutions will be recognized at HRExecutive.com and during the 2021 HR Technology Conference.
The deadline for submissions is May 31. Providers that move on to the demonstration phase of the judging process will be notified by June 30.
