Signature aims to onboard 1000 more staff for existing and new home openings over the next 12 months across London and home counties.
Specialist recruitment software provider, Tribepad, in partnership with branding and marketing agency, WeLove9am, has today announced it is supporting award winning residential and nursing home provider Signature Senior Lifestyle Care Homes with recruitment across all of its care homes. This includes carers, catering and hospitality, reception, care and maintenance teams.
Signature aims to onboard 1000 more staff for existing and new home openings over the next 12 months across London and home counties. The care home provider runs luxury and assisted living communities for seniors in need of nursing, respite or dementia care. Care and support are delivered by highly trained, dedicated and professional staff, who are passionate about providing the best care through bespoke care plans.
Signature is harnessing Tribepad’s talent acquisition suite which includes Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and onboarding software to deliver a seamless end-to-end hiring process. Job advertisements and a new careers site have also been created working with Welove9am to improve engagement and find the best person suited to a role.
Previously, Signature’s recruitment processes were very paper based, with everything being tracked on spread-sheets. Although there was an ATS in place the capabilities were limited and the system could not be used to onboard new employees online. With the new integration with Tribepad’s ATS, the recruitment process has been entirely digitised. This has reduced the need for physical meetings, which is paramount during COVID-19 enforced social distancing measures, and ensures Signature can process and screen large influxes of applications. Signature has already seen an increase in the number and quality of applications and have had 2500 applications in the past week.
Tribepad’s ATS efficiently manages these job applications, increasing the speed of onboarding new carers, and enables Signature to build a better candidate acquisition strategy. The luxury care home provider is also now able to track how candidates use the platform and monitor poor engagement throughout the recruitment process.
Critically, Tribepad’s ATS provides Signature with a clear overview of time to hire (TTH) data. This enables Signature to analyse where their best hires are coming from and how long a successful candidate’s recruitment journey typically lasts; providing them with essential insights that will help inform the success of their ongoing recruitment drive.
