Vaco announced that it acquired Alluvion, a Jacksonville, Florida-based firm providing staffing services in the finance/accounting, IT and operations segments. Alluvion was founded in 2000.
“Alluvion’s excellent reputation, complementary service offering and success in the region are what initially attracted us to them,” said Brian Waller, founder and chief strategy officer of Vaco.
In addition to Jacksonville, Alluvion also has offices in Tampa and Plantation, Florida.
Vaco, a national staffing provider based in Nashville, Tennessee, said the acquisition complements its recent expansion in Florida last year. Vaco’s Florida operations include locations in Orlando and Tampa.
