On Thursday, hear from Leapgen’s Jason Averbook about HR’s opportunity to write the new “book of work.” Lisa Buckingham of Lincoln Financial Group closes out the keynotes Friday afternoon with a session focused on leading in a crisis. Attendees are encouraged to participate in a live Q&A with the presenters at the end of each session.
On the first day of the HR Technology Conference, hear from experts across the HR space about how the disruptions of 2020 are reshaping the HR industry—and how today’s leaders can keep up with those shifting priorities.

HRE’s Top HR Tech Products will also be unveiled during a keynote session, in which several winners will demo their innovative products.
Dozens of core, solution provider and HR Tech Talk sessions will be held throughout the week, allowing attendees to hear directly from vendors, companies and experts about the challenges they’ve experienced in the past few months and the technology they’re relying on to help solve those challenges. Between sessions, attendees have the opportunity to take part in yoga, stretching sessions and other wellness-centered programs in the Relaxation Lounge.
Networking is also a focus. Attendees can interact with one another through chat and video, with the Swapcard conference platform tapping AI to suggest peer matches based on job roles, industry, conference goals and more. The Networking Lounge is another opportunity to connect with attendees; participants can drop into the online community throughout the conference to take part in lively discussions with peers about their respective work and conference topics.
