Wipro says exec noncompete agreements include 9 rivals (Hindustan Times)

Executives at Wipro Ltd. (NYSE: WIT) cannot join any of the company’s nine rivals for at least 12 months after they leave the firm, the Hindustan Times reported. The information comes from a lawsuit filed by Wipro over the departure of CFO Jatin Dalal, who joined Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. (NASDAQ: CTSH), one of the nine firms. Other firms Wipro indicated former executives cannot join, according to the newspaper, are Accenture, Capgemini, Deloitte, DXC Technologies, HCL IBM, Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services and Tech Mahindra.
