Description:
According to a recent Gallup poll, almost 60% of U.S. workers were still working remotely in January. In addition, according to research from Stanford professor and remote-work expert Nicholas Bloom, more than one-third of American workers prepare to keep working from home in some capacity.
In his career, Bloom has helped Fortune 500 management suites worldwide realize the benefits of the work-life balance. His recent studies have led him to change his mind on the supremacy of remote work, stating, “The fully remote plane is about to crash. I’m surprised it’s lasted this long — probably only due to the social capital we’ve built prior to the pandemic.” He now believes “hybrid is really the sweet spot long-term.”
With the labor market expected to continue tightening and the National Bureau of Research reporting nearly 70% of firms plan to move to some form of hybrid working, are you prepared for a shift in your current remote-work strategy in order to remain competitive in today’s business environment?
In today’s webinar, Bloom joins us to discuss:
- the challenges of remaining fully remote vs. returning to work fully on-site
- why it’s important to carefully consider the transition process from one model to another
- how to use the right technology to shift the working style, no matter the approach
